I'm a midlifer, like you. And I am deeply passionate about living life as if it were a precious and fragile gift. Because it is. For me, that means doing all that I can to take care of the fitness and wellbeing of my mind and body. It also means helping others to cultivate the tools to live their best lives at midlife and beyond
I'm on a mission to redefine midlfe by empowering others to integrate mind and body fitness practices in order to experience a midlife full of energy, joy and adventure!
My health coaching programs have been developed from that mission. I offer transformative health and fitness strategies, wellness mindset tools, and energy-management techniques tailored to midlifers whose specific needs and challenges often get generalized or altogether lost between the younger and more senior generations.
As a certified health coach and personal trainer, an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner, and as a midlife optimizer, I offer a dimensional approach and a lived-experience perspective on mid-life wellbeing. I am here to help you find your path to improved mind and body fitness, even when facing health and wellness challenges.
Finally, I am inspired to continue learning and growing in my own wellness practices and to inspire others to embrace midlife mind and body fitness as a lifestyle that will allow you to experience a more energized, more engaged, more fulfilling life at midlife and beyond.
