I'm a midlifer, like you. And I am deeply passionate about living life as if it were a precious and fragile gift. Because it is. For me, that means connecting with and empowering others to live their best lives. I'm on a mission to make a difference by helping others integrate mind and body fitness practices to support a midlife full of joy and adventure
My health coaching programs have been developed out of that mission. I offer effective health and fitness strategies, healthy mindset cultivation, energy-management techniques, and action-oriented strategy specifically tailored to people in midlife whose specific needs and challenges often get generalized or altogether lost between the younger and more senior generations.
As a certified health coach and personal trainer, a Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner, and as a midlife optimizer, I offer a multi-dimensional approach and a lived-experience perspective on mid-life wellbeing. I regularly deliver keynotes and workshops, on topics ranging from wellness, fitness energy management, and optimized mindset, as well as topics around workplace wellness, and leadership wellbeing.
Finally, I am inspired to continue learning and growing in my own wellness practices and to inspire others to embrace midlife mind and body fitness to experience more energized, more engaged, more fulfilling lives at midlife and beyond.
